NOTICE: eBranch2Go switched to the Overdrive based login system on March 1, 2012. You will need to place a new hold for any titles and wishlists made prior to Thursday March 1. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Login Help
Please contact your local library. Each local library maintains an individual account to provide access to their active library card holders for their library. We DON'T have access to your library card information. In most cases it is your library card number. But, please contact your local library to verify if you have questions.

• Description of the problem - what doesn't work correctly
• Exact text of any error message, if available
• Your Library card number or log in used
• Title(s) of problem book(s) and format of book - MP3, WMA, EPUB, PDF, Kindle etc.
• Make and model of mobile device, if applicable
• Software Application - Adobe Digital Editions, Adobe Reader, iTunes, Overdrive Media Console etc.
• Operating system (Mac® OS 10.6, Windows® 7, Windows Vista®, Windows XP, etc.)
• Internet Browser  (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Opera, etc.)
