NCLD Trustee Institute – July 26

Here is the flyer for the North Central Library District’s trustee institute. Please forward to all your board members. This program is designed for library directors and trustees. You will learn valuable Human Resources information and how it pertains to you and your library. Registration is due JULY 20.

In 2011, the District Advisory Council was expanded and divided into two leadership groups- a (Regional Steering Committee (RSC) and Regional Action Committee (RAC)). This new organizing structure enabled more participation from our member libraries to help us brainstorm, make decisions, and share information.
